BoBo Design Ltd

Co-founded in 1996 by husband and wife Nick Gant and Tanya Dean, located in Brighton UK.

Our work:

As design consultants we apply our particular expertise in the manipulation of materials to produce award winning interior, furniture and lighting designs for a broad range of corporate and individual clients. We have a strong track history of working with global material manufacturers developing their products and launching them in creative ways to new audiences as well as expressing the identity of some of the most recognisible brands and servicing individuals with unique products and environments. We combine craftsmanship with new technology to create beautiful, engaging and functional objects and spaces that integrate the consideration of environmental impact reduction.

Our research:

Our commitment to research and the development to provoke innovation has enabled our work to evolve in response; exploring material technologies and more recently alternate and sustainable modes of design from within the context of industry where the most gains are to be made. Nick is also co-director of the University of Brighton’s Inheritable Futures Laboratory ( IF:Lab ) Design Research Group.
